What do you do in your role at Allinfra?

I’m a QA Engineer at Allinfra and recently have been more involved in project management.

What do you enjoy about your role?

When wearing the QA hat, I enjoy exploring and being like Sherlock Holmes – looking for issues and uncovering things that can be improved. The most satisfying part of this work is when clients are happy with our products and there are no issues from their side. On the project management side, I enjoy finding and implementing best practices and tools for our team to help us be productive but also enjoy work. Another part that fulfills me is having conversations with everyone on the team – from designers to engineers to our leadership team – around product requirements, deadlines, vision and future improvements.

What has been your biggest accomplishment or favourite project at Allinfra?

All of the projects that I have been involved in have had a different spark. I truly believe in the benefits they can bring to the climate field.

Why did you choose to join Allinfra?

I wanted to be in a dynamic environment, around people that are driven and passionate about their work, and also work on products that can have a bigger impact on the world.

What’s the most unique part about working here?

First, the freedom that you get in doing your job – you can always explore and come up with new ideas, and everyone appreciates and seeks continuous improvement. Second, the technology and the vision of the products are amazing. Knowing that you are part of a group of pioneers for a new climate market is something truly unique about working here.

How do you like to spend your time when you aren’t working?

I’m a big dog lover and a sightseeing fan, so most of my free time is spent playing and walking with my puppies. Otherwise, I like to read about tech and always seek to improve my skills in different areas.

What’s the greatest bit of professional advice you’ve ever been given?

If you are passionate about the projects that you work on and learn new things all the time, you will never get bored or stuck.
